I often find myself thinking, "Geez, I really need to lie on the floor for half an hour."<br /><br />This is a realization I can only have now, after having logged a few hours(!) doing gentle practice, yin, restorative, and viniyoga in service of my exhausted and busy mind.<br /><br />Sounds like a great class!!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04616135203265938482noreply@blogger.com
